      Cable crossovers 30lbs 12,12,12,12
      Incline Press machine 12,12,12,12

      Cardio 30 minutes

      Diet ,still having trouble eating a lot Iím really trying but gotta have some help from somewhere ,gonna have to try this MK stuff that was mentioned
      Where do I get this stuff at?Any advice on this ?

      Rest Sunday then start over on Monday

      Well this is week 2 for me on my comeback....sore isnít the word for it !! This npp seems to be kicking in good and I feel full all the time now !! Canít wait to feel this way and my muscles feeling this way only harder the more I work out!! Gonna hit shoukders and traps here soon after breakfast

      Well I take npp at 100mg per week on my trt anyway just for joints so I just increased it to 450mg for this cycle snd it kicked in fast!! Plus the Masteron at 600mg is helping me feel tighter too awesome feeling but I hate the mental affects of the npp,I suffer from severe depression and have for 24 years and npp makes it flair up twice as fast!! This weekend it hit me hard an I felt so sad amd down

      Keep it up. There are substitutes for npp. Nobody can have a good run w depression kicking in. Stay focused , you just started after quite some time off. No reason to use something that negatively impacts your mental health. HMU

      I'm sorry hear that but at least ypu are aware of it and able to navigate through those times. Max is right no need to run something that affects you negatively. That's why 19nors and I just don't mix, but everyone is different. You're starting to get your momentum back just keep working through it all bro.

      Yes I donít think itís the npp itís my depression Iíve suffered and took meds for it for 26 years so Iím used to it the meds help a lot I have more good days than bad with the meds hell I take 4 different medications for anxiety and depression so itís not the npp it might make it worse but I know how to elevate the mood better now
