      Had a great cookout last night, I ate a disgusting amount of food. Leaving today for a few days for a power plant job. This will be the reset I need.

      The hotel has dumbbells up to 45lbs, I can work with that. Might do cardio or lift after dinner.

      This evenings workout was cardio 40min on the treadmill 8% incline at 4mph with 1 sprint added in towards the end up to 11mph on no incline. Good night yall
