      Going to start logging my food again to hold myself accountable.

      Breakfast was oats with some protein powder, PBFit, and light maple syrup.

      Food I brought for the day at work includes tuna salad with low fat cheese, light Italian dressing, G. Huges honey mustard, seasonings. 12stalks of celery, an apple, and a parfait with Greek yogurt, low fat cottage cheese, and frozen berries. I also always make a half gallon of green tea, collagen drink mix, and rainbow sherbert flavored BCAAs to drink as well.

      Going grocery shopping after work since I have little veggies, fruits and lunch foods left for the week. I also have to get food for our cookout this weekend. Today is our 2 year anniversary so we're having a cookout to celebrate it and also a house warming party since we've been in the new house for a month or so now.

      Finished the day off with a low fat grilled cheese pizza sandwich and a few slices of oat bread with cream cheese and blueberry preserves, and a grilled chicken breast.

      Times are stressful for a lot of couples. I have faith that whatever is supposed to happen will. Especially with hard work. Sometimes separation brings closeness in my personal relationship. I have two weeks alone now and it already is less stressful. Then I miss her and she misses me. Taking out of area jobs is just part of the deal. I wish you both well and god willing things get better either way.

      Workout started with hanging toes to bar superset with assisted pullups. Then into low rack pulls triset with shrugs and high row machine. Finished with leg curl machine and BB curls and jumping jacks between most sets.

      Breakfast was oats with honey, protein powder, and PBFit with coffee. Drank some kefir and organic FF milk. Food i brought with me for the day includes a pear, an apple, Asian stir-fry veggies, grilled chicken, general tso sauce. Also have raw small mixed sweet peppers, and a parfait with frozen berries, Greek yogurt, and low fat cottage cheese.

      I also brought my usual half gallon green tea mixture to drink at work.
