      Legs were too tight from the run yesterday so I hit lats, shoulders, and arms.

      Warm up with pull ups and dips
      1 arm lat pulldowns superset with Cable Facepulls 2 sets to failure
      Landmine Narrow Neutral Grip Rows (1 set to failure) superset with DB OH Presses (2 sets to failure)
      Cable Skullcrushers triset with Machine Preacher Curls and DB Lateral Raises 2 sets total all to failure.

      Going to push mow the yard for cardio, and because I don't have a tractor haha.

      Today's workout was high rep quads, hamstrings, calves, and jumping jacks. Stepped the intensity up a but, I was getting great contractions and had an awesome pump but the end. I mixed some mobility in between exercises as well, my hips and knees are feeling good.

      This mornings workout was fullbody mobility then into a killer ab routine for 3 sets to failure. Ill be going for a run shortly and will post up the distance later, then heading to my dads to help hang gutters.

      Today's workout was foam rolling, stretching, and mobility followed by BFR training for biceps and triceps. Sick pump as I took 5mg of calls this morning along with drinking some beet juice, added a solid inch of size during the arm workout. If only the pump lasted forever.......now to figure out what my other 2 wishes from the genie in the lamp would be lol.

      Do you use the beet powder & mix it or buy beet juice? Juice your own?

      I just buy organic beet juice, sometimes I'll get it with ginger and turmeric added in as well.
