      This mornings workout was hamstrings, quads, calves, and jumping Jack's.

      Warm up

      BB RDLs 225 2 sets and BW Lying Nordic Leg Curls 1 set

      LEG Ext 3 sets

      DB Lunges x10ea leg 3 sets

      Jumping jacks x50 4 sets

      Everything was done in a giant sets(RDL to Leg Ext to Lunges to JJs) with a 2 min rest between each giant set.
      Feels good getting back to a little bit of intensity after almost a month with hard workouts. This pump though!

      Completely empty weight this morning was 194, I lost some weight the past month. I feel the majority is glycogen and water though. Also stepped my cruise dose up from 60mg to 100mg every 5-6 days. Checked my blood pressure at the store yesterday, 118/75 pulse was 56bpm so I'm thinking of adding in a low dose of Ostarine to help with joint health while working my way back into heavier/harder training. Ostarine makes my joints feel amazing so I think 10mg would go a long way without causing much in the way of side effects.

      Edit: I also am adding in 2.5grams of ajuga turkest extract/herb powder. Not sure who follows new info and compounds but the growing info on turkesterone and other ecdysterones increasing strength and muscle protein synthesis to a noticeable degree has made me give it a try. This is a low dose but I think it should still yield benefits while I get my strength and size back to what it was prior to gyno surgery. Also the side effect profile on ecdysteroids is almost nonexistent so it's a good bang for buck compound to add in.

      I'm trying brother, in the past when I'd fall off or have to take a break it was hard to get going again. Now I feel lost when I can't workout, it's in my DNA at this point haha.

      Today's workout was back, shoulders, and arms.

      Warm up

      BW Dips, Pull Ups, BW Facepulls, Jumping jacks 4 giant sets with 2min rest between

      DB OH Press, DB Rows, DB Shrugs 2 giant sets

      Cable tricep pushrods superset with DB curls 2 sets

      Man I could fall asleep after this workout, still not fully back to a daytime circadian rhythm yet.

      DB Hammer Curls 1set to failure
      BOSU Ball Side-Side-Middle Crunches 2 sets to near failure
      Machine Preacher Curls 1 sets to failure with DC stretching after
      Cable Skullcrushers 1 sets to failure with DC Stretching after
      Hanging Leg Raises Side-Side-Middle 1 sets to failure.


      Great pumps, I will post how far I run this afternoon once the rain passes.

      Jogged/walked 4.2miles this evening, dosing 100mg of test blend tonight as well. Took 2.5g turkest extract and 10mg of Ostarine earlier today.
