      Stop holding ur breath!!! I see it happen all the time people hold there when lifting it's fucks up ur lifts and is dangerous as hell . One other thing ur probably doing them to fast .

      I can relate to this and I've passed out once or twice at the gym over the years but luckily never struck anything or letting anything strike me. If I felt something wrong I try to drop the bar away from me.

      Safety is the name of the game and if you don't feel 100% don't go lift especially in a home gym where you might be alone.

      Iíve never hit the floor but have seen the stars plenty of times foolishly following keto and lifting fasted in the morning .. and to make matters worse I wondered where the gains where at at eating 1500 calories lol .

      I have since taken a smart pill , end of rant lol.

      Also another thing is never lift if you are over-tired as that really increases the risk of injury.
