      Calories or macros

So I read alot of articles and watch a ton of videos. Some say count macros some say calories in vs calories out.

If I want to lose fat(not weight) what are your guys' thoughts on this? The whole macro thing is a little confusing since 6oz chicken isn't 6oz of protein etc. Calories are simple to track for the most part though.

I don't understand Macros at all and have tried and it was too hard for me to understand/get it. Hope somebody with knowledge chimes in on this. I've always understood caloric deficit/surplus/maintenance.

I've always gotten best results from Macros. There are plenty of apps you can use to track your macros makes it really easy

Ill keep it simple, fahk all that shit. When you feel hunger, that means your body is switching to fat burning, let that shit rock for a few hours a day. Dont starve yourself. But leave a good 6 hour gap in your meal plan for the day. Takes afew weeks but your body will learn that pattern and become more efficient at switching modes and fat burning. You have to support these processes with nutrients.
      Green tea powder (Matcha)
      A PQQ/CO-Q10 stack
      Pancreatin 2-3x per day
Some crystaline sourced iodine daily to clean out the thyroid system (amazing results)

You gotta clean the machine and get the octane up nutritionally otherwise playing with fats & carbs wont really do much as many can prob attest to.

I worry about calories in vs calories out first and foremost, this has allowed me to maintain a lean physique when I learned how to do this intuitively. Then comes protein making sure I have enough to recover from training, if I'm sore and beat up I eat more protein for few days. Then comes in healthy fats from animal and plant sources. Then carbs to increase energy so I don't feel tired throughout the day, if I'm tired I eat more of them.

Thus takes practice but it's much less of a mental Rollercoaster and doesn't form such dogmatic eating habits in the long term.
      GET SOME!
