      It doesn’t stop working. I’ve used the old pressed tabs (powder DNP) and capsule (crystal dnp) it does make me really hungry after a week or maybe 2. It blocks the use of carbs in your body so the longer I stay on the more carbs I crave

      Oh yeah but it was still pretty brutal. I took phentermine from IAsuperpharma and “herolean” by dark labs which was an EXTREMELY high stim fat loss powder. It only worked half the day but it was enough for me to drop 20lbs in about a month.

      Clen still works and can be taken for long periods (not that I would recommend that). You can take DNP for as long as you want (again not that I would recommend that). There are no set rules but for me if you need more than 6 weeks on DNP to lose the fat you have then you shouldn't start it in the first place. If someone is just really fat I recommend dieting on nothing first (just good nutrition and training). If someone has a lot of muscle and fat then I would diet on AAS to maintain all the muscle they have. Then I would add DNP and perhaps a stimulant in the later stages of dieting especially when on lower calories.

      DNP doesn't stop working and that's why many use it as a crutch to cover bad eating habits. I know many who use it all year and again I would not recommend that. It's entirely up to you and for many they start their diet with it and it enables them to drop loads of weight and fast. The key to maintaining muscle when dieting is to diet on the most calories possible (and high protein) and gradually move down as opposed to dropping cals significantly. Obviously adding in some AAS will do wonders for maintaining muscle and even if someone is muscular approx 300mg test only should be enough for that purpose. Obviously many like to use loads of AAS when dieting and that is entirely up to them. As long as you diet smartly and gradually reduce cals over time and keep protein high with AAS in the mix then maintaining muscle shouldn't be an issue.

      The issue for many is they overestimate just how much muscle they have and when you lose fullness it can be a bit of a shock to some people especially those who have never dieted hard before. Water and glycogen can make a massive difference to someone's physique so when running DNP people often look much worse especially at the start. However, if done correctly and they embrace the flatness and get very lean they prime themselves for rebounding. I would always carry on dieting for at least 1 week after DNP as some water retention will likely fall off and it will reveal the cycles true results. The leaner you get the better and the person can start filling back out and they can literally mutate within 1 week if things are done correctly.
