Push, pull, legs
How many people are doing a current split of push pull legs ? It’s tome to change it up getting into full contest prep mode... been doing a chest and bicep back and triceps traditional split for the whole year been doing some research just looking to see what people think of that training split

I do a variation of this when bulking. Push/pull/legs/push/pull/legs/off then 3days off every 4 weeks. The first 3 sessions I go heavy with low weight and the last 3 sessions I go much lighter and hit max reps and strict form. Start the week with only freeweights and end the week using lots of cable machines. Works well for me.

TU: Arms
TH: Push
FR: Pull
SA: Legs

Legs- squat strength
Push- bench strength
Pull - deadlift strength
Chest/shoulders - hyper
Legs -hyper
Chest/back/biceps-hyper
