      The Best Convenient BB'ing Foods

      I was hoping to get a thread going of everyone's go to BB'ing or health foods that are quick to take with you or whip up in time crunch. Im sure we all have some of the same but maybe we'll get some new or different foods or meals to add to our food choices. 2 heads are better than 1 do im sure with everyone here we can build quite a list. Thanks yall.

      Man Iíll tell u what Iíve been doing recently. I got a new protein powder thatís cinnamon buns. Tastes exactly like it. Been throwing two scoops in anywhere between .5 to 1c of watery quick oats. I nuke the oats then throw the powder in. I donít have to use a spoon and just turn the bowl up.



      2 scoops of whey

      A favorite of mine is throwing frozen mixed berries, FF cottage cheese, and Greek yogurt to make a parfait. Good breakfast on the go.

      I have also used carbonated flavored waters and kefir to help fill me up between meals when hungry or thirsty.
