Thanks in gonna start, that's where I've seen mixed studies and advice some saying it could cause an infection to spread supposedly. Immediately after an injection atleast. it has softened up quite a bit, I must have maimed a vessel to leave that big of a purple spot.

I can’t attest to having a large golf ball sized lump, but I’ve had the knots Everyone gets and they have been warm/hot before. I gave it a few days as I wasn’t feeling bad, and they went down. It sounds like maybe you didn’t go deep enough to get the oil into the muscle and it’s sitting on top of the muscle? I believe eventually it will be absorbed, although much more slowly than intramuscular. Like others said, if you start feeling bad, head in to the doc. They can drain it or prescribe something.

Yea like I mentioned in the intro of this I didn't realize about 1/4th of the way down with the plunger it started to burn and I realized I was almost between the fat and skin at the straight down angle I ended up in and tried to correct it by pointing it back in more but it was too late so I definitely didn't go near as deep enough is still a pretty hard knot 3 days later but it's not red or hot. So hopefully I'm good. Did my eod shot today vent glute this time 0 issues. I hate doing glutes.

4cc subcutaneous injection...I'd bet that hurts.
I was in a hurry using a 1" pin 3cc & didn't go deep enough to hit the glute muscle. That mutha fuqr hurt like a bitch everytime I sat down for a week.

Hell yea Riggs for me thankfully the pain only lasted about 2 or 3 days and all though it was a little higher on the glute it hurt like hell to sit down not to mention my lady loves sneakin up and smacking my ass lol, even when I go deep enough every time I pin its around 4.2ccs lately and it's still tender for a day or two usually,
